Pilot Released for Testing
We released the pilot for external testing by staff from Sponsored Financial Accounting and Research & Innovation Finance and Budget departments. We hope to have the testing completed and to roll out the pilot to members of our advisory committee before Friday this week (7/13/2025).
Here is a list of all the major features for this project. The two we’ve completed are arguably the most important and time consuming part of the project.

I’ve attached the slide deck I presented to the testers on 6/26/2025.

The testers provided important feedback and we addressed one bug and several important issues identified by our external testers before we released the tool to the Advisory Committee.
We also queued up several improvements based on their feedback.
- edoc numbers will like to the KDW edoc report for users with admin roles.
- We’re expanding the data shown in the salary corrections details panel to include all from: and to: entries.
