We also anticipate this committee will present alternatives the project team, advise the team on how to fit this new tool into existing processes, and help develop communications that address common concerns from our users.

The committee will meet as a group at key decision points during the project. In addition, committee members will meet with the project team during user testing, piloting, and upon request.
