Update for the October OSP Roundtable focusing on the rollout plan and schedule.

October 29, 2025

Expense Review was launched in production on October 10th so we’ve turned our focus to a staged roll-out. All PIs will use Expense Review starting February 2026.

August 13, 2025

On 8/13/2025 we invited volunteers to pilot the Expense Review. If you are interested in joining them, here is the invitation!

August 8, 2025

Expense Review is on track to deliver basic functionality before our October 7th targeted go-live date. We will add additional features through the end of the calendar year. General pilot will be announced the week of August 11th.

July 15, 2025

On 7/15/2025, the Advisory Committee was asked to provide feedback on the website. This is the first of several anticipated pilot releases. We also released a quick reference card.

July 7, 2025

We released the pilot for external testing on 6/26/2025.

May 15, 2025

On May 25, 2025, the attached email was sent to faculty to make them aware of the new Expense Review process coming in the fall.

March 5, 2025

 On Track for core deliverables but facing resource constraints;  Pilot Launch May Be Delayed (April → May) due to data engineering delays;  Low-priority features may be cut or postponed

Presentation at the 1/17/2024 OSP Roundtable included a design walkthrough of what research administrators and faculty will see. Presentation with designs attached.

December 18, 2024

Introduction of the Expense Review project to post award financial administrators at the December SFS dialogs. Presentation attached.
